AUSTRALIA DAY IN THE CITY- PARADE, CONCERT AND FIREWORKS

The Australia Day in the City, the key capital city celebration of our National Day will  be held on Friday, 26th January 2018. The event kicks off on the corner of King William St and Franklin St with the Australia Day Parade at 6:00pm. The Parade will make it’s way down to Elder Park where the Australia Day Concert will commence at 7:00pm. Following the event is the spectacular fireworks display!

Event Details:

Venue: Elder Park, King William Road, Adelaide
Date: 26 January 2018
Times: 5:30pm to 10:00pm approximately (timings may adjust slightly)
Format: Australia Day Parade, Family Concert and Fireworks
Attendance: 30,000+

Cost: $440 per site (inc. GST) – includes supply of power

Check-In: between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, Friday 26 January. All vehicles must be off site by 2:15pm. All stalls must be ready to operate by 4:30pm.

Power: will be provided, please fill in power requirements below

Technical Needs: Any special requirements need to be negotiated prior to the event and confirmed in writing

Public Liability: $20 million required

Please note that completion of this form is a registration of interest- it does not confirm participation. Confirmation of your involvement will be received by yourself following the closing of registration – 3 November.

This is a Zero Waste event.  All packing must be recyclable or biodegradable.
